Support

Get help.

OHPAH is built by a small team, and support goes to a person rather than a queue. Write to us with what happened and we will work it out with you.

Contact

One address, for anything.

Email contact@ohpah.app. If you are writing about your own account, send it from the address on that account — it is how we know the request is yours before we touch anything.

If you still have the app installed, Settings has a Send Feedback option that reaches the same people and arrives already tagged with your account, which saves a round trip.

What to send

Tell us which of these it is.

  • Something in the app is wrong

Send us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your device and app version help more than anything else — they are the difference between us reproducing it and guessing at it.

  • You cannot sign in

Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen first; it sends a reset to the address on your account. If the email never arrives, or the address on the account is one you no longer control, write to us and say so.

  • A call, shift, or metric looks wrong

Tell us the date and roughly the time, and what it should have said. Your record is the point of the product, so a wrong entry in it is a real bug and we treat it as one.

  • You want your account deleted

You do not need us for that — you can do it yourself, and you can do it without the app installed. The deletion page walks both routes.

  • You found a security issue

Report it to security@ohpah.app, which is the address published in our security.txt. Please give us a chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.

  • You are a department, union, or research partner

Partnership questions are not support questions and go somewhere different — the Departments and Partners pages explain how we work with organizations, and both have a way to start a conversation.
