The terms that govern your use of OHPAH. Plain where we can keep it plain — because the record is yours, and you should understand the agreement that protects it.
Effective July 15, 2026 · Emergency Medical Resolutions Inc.
OHPAH is operated by Emergency Medical Resolutions Inc. (“OHPAH,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app or this website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. OHPAH is built for firefighters and fire-service personnel; you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when you register.
OHPAH documents occupational exposure, sleep, and physical load and organizes them into a record you own. It is a documentation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a physician. Nothing in the Service establishes a medical or fitness-for-duty determination.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Your individual record belongs to you. Our handling of your data — including the boundary that keeps individual records from reaching department leadership or insurers — is described in our Privacy commitment, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access another person’s record, no interference with or probing of the Service’s security, and no reverse-engineering except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
The OHPAH name, the O∆ mark, the software, and the site content are owned by Emergency Medical Resolutions Inc. and protected by law. Your record’s underlying data remains yours; these Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.
The Service may reference third-party products or partner offers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and any dealing with a third party is between you and them. Health, medical, and supplement partners are subject to additional review before they appear.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any score or index is fit for a particular legal, clinical, or employment purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emergency Medical Resolutions Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update the Service and these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@ohpah.app.
